1/4/26 - Lava Lamp Experiment

On January 4th,  we hosted a science experiment for the kids to learn about polarity through lava lamps! We mixed crushed alka-seltzer tablets, vegetable oil, water, and food dye to see the chemical reaction unfold. The children were excited to see the oil and water separate, and the gas bubbles forming as well. Shortly after, we followed with a fun slime workshop for the kids.
